Title: Stunts & Music
Post by: Mingva on December 27, 2002, 03:06:49 PM
I thought I lost any motivation to play Stunts on December. But just before Xmas I found on my internet provider's server few "Astral Projection" songs. I downloaded it. It wasn't enough to me, so I decided to search more on internet. And during two Xmas days I downloaded from http://www.mp3.com 500MB :D Today I began to listen songs, opened Stunts, and improved my ZCT 20 time few seconds  So, good music can return your motivation

Soon I'll download more songs by "Infected Mushroom", "Etnica", etc., and I'll try to create radio station (http://www.mp3.com/stations/mimas).

I don't like music while I am playing Stunts, but music (metal, Avril or Hungarian panx) under NFS 5 betters my times especially on track Zone Industrielle (2:12).

How did you do that? I'm interested. What kind of music have you listened to while you were driving that fantastic time????????? :D  :D
I did my 2:12,21 with 911 GT 1 race version (won in evolution and adjusted some things in car setup). I beat my friend's 2:13,12 with that.

Another records:

Cote D'Azur 2:12,59 (911 Turbo '00)
Schwarzwald 3:02,90 (911 Turbo '00)
Pyr?n?es 2:07,96 (911 GT 1 race version)
Alps 3:12,25 (911 Turbo '00) - > big record
Autobahn 2:27,06 (911 GT 1 race version)
Auvergne 2:53,09 (911 GT 1 race version)
Normandie 2:23,75 (911 GT 1 race version)
Corsica 2:16,96 (911 Turbo '00)

I hate Monte Carlo.

firstly, I can assure you that the 95'  911 turbo(from evolution with all the modification) is the fastest car

secondly, corsica 2:06:62 ;)

(all my time are with some settings ajusted in car setup)

and for the other tracks, I never drove for faster time... for the moment

edit: oh, manual, no music, just the sound of the engine with the most of bass that my sub can produce :)

Aaaaaaah, I changed the gear ratios in my GT1.
That meant: 2:08,87 on Zone!!!!!!!! Reached 347 km/h before the end of the track.
I can't remember the music, I guess Annihilator or Manowar under NFS.
(2:07,71 on Pyr?n?es and 2:25,40 on Autobahn.)
I lost my records in NFS 3. (after a re-installation) They were driven with the Vector downloaded from the net. They weren't as strong as my times in NFS 5.
It's very hard to handle the '95 911 Turbo, no matter how much I increase the downforce. And I can't change the gear ratios. I heard that this is the fastest car - not for me.

Aaaaah, manual transmission. That would help me - but I handle the arrows with both of my hands... in Stunts, too...

Crappy records, I have to say...
