Title: ZCT96 - Thunderstrack

Usually I like tracks which are competitive for several cars.
However, with the Corvette possibly reaching 40% bonus, and followed most likely by the Audi with only 32% as the second highest value, I tried to design a track where at least these two cars are competitive.
I could have done it - with a track similar to the current one by CTG.
But I want to keep pipsqueaks motivated, especially before the summer, when the competition traditionally attracts less attention.
So, this time I decided to let the Corvette fly.
This will result in a fun track (as far as a track with the Vette can be fun :)), and hopefully a very interesting multi-car track in July.

Hot fake news: Krys Toff is in jail because of sexual harassment against a whole cheerleader team. ;D

About the track: quite a clear mission to complete, the only tricky part seems to be the big+small corner on the water - can be solved with some aerial Stunts by Duplode, BJ, Rotoi and Friker.

Calculating with a pure Corvette race (seems like it will be), ZCT 97 car bonuses would be:

+40% - Lamborghini LM002
+37% - Audi Quattro
+37% - Lancia Delta Integrale
+30% - Nissan Skyline
+28% - Ford Ranger
+23% - Ferrari GTO
+22% - Porsche Carrera
+21% - Lamborghini Countach
+16% - Jaguar XJR IMSA
+ 2% - Acura NSX
-10% - Speedgate XSD
-10% - Chevrolet Corvette
-16% - Porsche 962 IMSA
-24% - Porsche March Indy

So ZCT 97 will be a race with Audi/Lancia/Jaguar/GTO.

IMPORTANT QUESTION!!!

I don't know if the ending of my replay is valid or not. The problem is the following: when arriving to the finish line, my car is not in that square (only touching that square BEFORE the finish line), flying over the edge of the hill and time counting stops only when I crossed the next road 0.8 secs later (down from the hill). Is it a valid finish? It would mean about 0.2 secs advantage...


Problem solved, slightly better ending with a surely valid way. Finished racing, I don't know when will be back to internet.

I guess that is a good reason to take that line as valid anyway: the regular finish trajectory is faster  :)
