Lada Niva Comeback is the fastest cheat car ever made - but it's still not a perfect one. If you max out the torque curve, set the gear ratios to an optimal value and minimize the mass and air drag... well... somebody should make it with a custom body.

Which car deserves to be the fastest?

I have dreamt to see the Lancia or Audi Quattro with a rally design since I played Stunts for the first time.
Maybe a super-rallycar?
