Title: Nagasaki (USC 84)
Post by: CTG on March 24, 2014, 08:36:05 AM
Now it's your turn to choose a car for the next round.  ;) None of them were used in USC so far.

Preliminary information: Nagasaki will be a bit boring "city track" with long straights

Were the poll a multiple choice one, I'd say Skyline and Speedgate —and maybe Lotus too :)

Don't worry, I'll use at least two of these cars in 2014.

None of them. Give us a normal car.

Malibu is a fast and easy track with one of your favorite cars and still - you aren't on the track. ::)

Somebody checked Nagasaki topic first... :D

Then let's modify the question: would you like to see a custom car on the track or not? Akoss Poo said no, I don't vote. No poll, only message answers are accepted. Btw standings are: 2 votes for F40, 2 votes for Skyline, 1 for Speedgate.

I don't mind either way. One thing to consider is that if Nagasaki is "a bit boring city track with long straights" then it might not suit Lotus or Skyline well. In any case, regardless of what happens this round it would be nice to have a few (1 to 3?) races with modern custom cars.

Short on time, I didn't feel like copying dreadnaut's line (what on Earth is that? Great find!), so again this is just deadline day symbolic improvement. As far as I can tell I also go through a hole in the penalty system near the finish, though it is nowhere near as spectacular as the one in the top laps.

Duplode: I think utilizing eachother's tricks is normal, that's the base of public replay system.

Of course it is normal; it's just that (1) I entirely forgot to check when the deadline was, and so (2) didn't watch your replays before today, leading me to (3) choose to spend the few minutes I had to race today playing with my previous line rather than copying yours for what would in all likelihood be losing time anyway. It was just a circumstantial decision.

(In any case, I was busy for the last hour and a half and will leave now, so no last minute replays from me.)
