From where the fúck should I predict the times?! I don't know the track, unlike you. (I only checked Ayrton's 2006 rpl and nothing else. I haven't checked the difficulty and the time gain of the tricks.)
There are only two annoying parts: the big jump at the beginning (to the boulevard) and the way-switching around 50 seconds. All the other tricks (excluding stupid magic carpets) are depending on your pure skills.
The other annoying part is reading you at the forum :D
