Title: lines
Post by: ben snel on April 01, 2002, 08:00:00 PM
all you REAL fast drivers (exept Roy and me, and maybe Bismark, but I didnt see his replay): you could have been even tens of hundreds seconds FASTER if you had driven nicer\tighter lines. Of course, when you drive a little "longer" line, you can gain more speed for an upcoming jump or so, but most of the times its better to drive as tight lines as you can. Mark Nailwood was a master at it too. Where did HE go?? And maybe CAP, but I didnt see his replay of Bogota yet (and I forgot about his racing-line driving)

I hope you understand what I'm saying, because the exact english word for this escaped my mind for a sec.

purity of driving lines decide only the 8+ th place battles, everything else is affected only by the time you spend with rh
