Design: It sure looks like a lot of work was put into it but for my taste it's a bit to overloaded and does not look natural enough : 3
Fun: There are some parts I like and others I don't ,like the muddy corner right after the hill : 3
Competition: I guess this track would be hard enough for a competition:4

Track design would be very good bit it is a bit messy... But it is still good, so 3.
Fun... has fun, no complaint, but nothing really special. 3 (weak)
Competition: it is very good, but not my style, I wouldn't like to compete on it in real. 3 (strong).

Map design is not bad, but track design is like cube : too condensed in one part of the map. At least, there's scenery. Let's give it a small 3.
When racing in no RH I got penalty time because I left the road by accident. No SC real Shortcut possibilities. No real fun too. So it's 2 for fun.
Competition : i won't like to compete on this one : 2.
