Hmmm a good track and average design, but nothing more unfortunately. I must give the following marks because of these:
Design: 2
Fun: 3
Competition: 3.
I would be able to bear tracks like this. :)

The main river makes me think the track is a "copy" of Budapest, no ?

Design : that's the kind of design Alain or CTG would like, with dead ends and so on. The map is good, the track isn't bad, but some parts are annoying and you feel like you're lost. So only 4 because of that.
Fun : same problem, I get lost in the track. And track is too long. 3 for fun.
Competition : track is too long but it has some good parts. Average ranking : 3.
Designer : CTG I think.
