Well, I started to make this trailer 2 weeks ago, before CTG talked with you.

Well, I must admit I drove only 1 one the cars : the yellow one. :wink:
But the other one was driven by Helen, not Skid, because he was slightly too fast and I missed him on the jump. So I choosed Helen.
And I'm sure CTG is happy to have been represented by her. :lol:

We race in several competitions, but I think Zakstunts and UnskilledStunts are the main ones for the team. Krys also races in Stunts LOL, but I suggest you should race only in the first two or three comps at the beginning. If you become faster and if you need less time to make a really good rpl, then you can join all competitions. But it's really your choice... :)

Personnally, I want to race ALL Stunts competitions I know (including those not from this community like HOTU comp). Because I like to race on Stunts, just for pleasure. :wink:
CTG wants to have good team results in USC (his comp) and ZakStunts (most popular, and so most difficult comp), but me I just wanna have fun racing. 8)
If I like the car/track, I race hard. If not, I race less and so achieve lower results... It's a question of personnal motivation.
For a beginning, I do not aggree with CTG : racing less competitions will maybe make you better on this track but it also can make you feel bored after one month racing always the same track...

The ideas are not as strange as they look - we're taking advantage of a bug in Stunts that allows you to switch from anywhere on one way to anywhere on the other way. So you just have to do that in the fastest and/or shortest possible way.

Doesn't everyone know about this bug? When you have a two way track, you can go one way, and then change to the other way without getting penalty time. Like the basic trick in Default, where you go straight forward after the boulevard and join the other way to finish in 55 seconds...

As you have now revealed how to get a .55 time on default (okay, I already knew, otherwise my .56 wouldn't have been possible) I guess you can also tell how to get a .35 then... :lol:

By the way I re-drove 35.85, so now the replay exists (the old one was lost from both my own and Zak's harddisk)

I love those tunnels, but I like more Gran Prix Cycles. It's the same game but with cycles. It has some improvements, it's a bit better and it was done 1 year later in 1989 :)
I always imagine that Stunts it's a mix of Gran Prix Cycles and Indianapolis 500 :D

Was Grand Prix Cycles that one, where the Suzuka track had no tunnel, because they designed the track another way so that the roads did't cross?
Ah, and more funny things come into my mind - I can remember how I tried to get to the spectator-stands in GP but - after giving up after a long time and turning around - I wondered why I still was near the track! :lol:

But I decided to consider Z35 as one of my 2 worst results of ZS2004 and focused on the 3 other ative competitions (USC, LOL & HOTU) on which I'm still in course for a podium, or maybe for victory. :wink:

So, I write here the history of "Damage Inc." name. Open your ears, and listen to this fairy tale...
Once upon a time, late in 2003, I wanted to change team, to try new experiments, and asked CTG, my favorite opponent (when he is racing with auto gears, with manual he is too fast for me :wink: ) to make a team with me. He was surprised but aggreed.
I could not use "Orion" name as it was Mingva's team name, and I thought also that "Unskilled Drivers" was not adapted anymore to CTG's skill. So we had to find a new name.
CTG let me think about it and just wanted to tell if he aggrees or not. He prefers to select pipsqueaks that want to enlist in the team. :lol:
My goal was to find a name that could remind our both original teams, that is Orion and Unskilled Drivers.
That is were problems started...
It was easy to remind Unskilled Drivers : any idea of "car crash" or "car damage" could be fine. So I started to think about "Crashtest Dummies". But CTG didn't like it and it didn't remind Orion name.
I had to think again... But found nothing.
Days passed, with more and more headache but no good idea.
Then, one day, I put a tape in my car. It was the "Black album" of Metallica.
I was singing out loud in my car :
"Hush, little baby, don't say a word,
And doesn't mind that noise you heard,
It's just a beast under your bed,
In your clothes and in your head !
Exit, light !
Enter, night !
Take my hand, we're off to never never land... Yeah, yeah !"
And then I saw The Light !
Of course, it was obvious : Metallica is the link !

Give Africa or europa a try and tell me if they are not better tracks than Chicago or Dublin. For me they are. But Paleke can also design not good tracks like Oceania (in my opinion).
Take a look at Stunts Brasil 2004 tracks, and you'll see what I call bad tracks (2005 ones are better, even if they are not as good as Paleke's tracks so far).

After he learnt the basics and the pleasure, maybe he would like to join a top team to progress even more and reach a top level. Maybe not.
Whatever, I won't force any member to race every month, nor I will fire one of them for bad results or not racing a few months.
Damage Inc. is pleasure racing, not hardcore pipsqueak team : lust for pleasure, not for power. :-D

Therefore, I'll consider that Damage Inc is just SuperBrian and me for 2009 season, please correct the team members in ZakStunts website Zak.

Why is it good for the team? Super Brian is an improving young talent, I guess he'll able to make some serious results with a strong team help. On the other hand, Töff will be also more motivated. ;)
Of course I also would like to stay in Looping forum 'cause there is no official racing topic (okay, there was but I was the only one using it for security copy of my top replays), just böffing and other disgusting things. :D Sharing replays via e-mail is quite a good solution.

Think about it... From the 2002 golden generation: Akoss Poo, CTG, Usrin, Alain, Mingva, Krys Toff, Alan Rotoi and Leo Ramone, still 5 are somewhat active in the community. If Krys goes away, it will really be a sad milestone.

yesterday we had our bike club's annual meeting. I wondered a lot, that from the original 26 founding members from 2003 (including me) only 8 are still in the club even though we have more than 50 members currently altogether.
I guess changes in a group are natural. This doesnt change the fact that I miss Krys a lot already.

1st, I expected to get my boss' job but after spending more time away than at home during week in order to see suppliers or clients, I finally said to the big boss that I prefer a more "sedentary" job as long as my children are not adult. Career or family, I made my choice.

Now, a new boss has arrived and I'm back to my former job, so I have my free time back too. And Stunts is part of my free time, so here I am. ;)

Just a reply for the last couple of pages. I'm not so often in the Forum, as you know. ::)
But I would say that it has been great having CTG in the team. I think I'm improving a bit faster now,
and I have begun from time to time to race a few races with manual gearing even though I'm still fighting with that.
So it's like 2 steps forward and one back, but I think I'm getting better, therefore it would be a shame if you (CTG) would leave (again) for another team, especially since Kryss started to race less. I too miss him a lot from time to time,

Technically? Yes. First of all, Krys earned some points in January - but since he's not registered to Damage Inc (maybe Zak forgot to add him), it's not included in team scores. Secondly, Dexter Morgan is CTG (DECLARED), so he's the member of Damage Inc. Another 10 points. :D
