History repeats itself. Today, a Hungarian team with many young and new players played 10-10 against a probably stronger Serbian team in Zagreb and won the penalty shootout 5-4, qualifying for the semi-final of the European Championship.

I have a driver's license and so do others, I guess.  So that should be fine.

The holiday home is likely expensive if only a few pipsqueaks attend. So, we can only book one after people commit.

Is there Airbnb in Amsterdam? That should have a big selection of apartments/holiday homes.
Unfortunately I can confirm only 1-2 months before the meeting if I am attending. Family & work issues are unpredictable... But if I am joining, I can drive.

Guys. I think I found a convenient location for the Meeting.

It's behind security, so inbound travelers don't have to go through customs. And don't leave the airport.
There used to be City hopper flights that didn't allow exit from the airport. Those were a lot cheaper than normal flights. I haven't flown in a while so I don't know if that is still the case.

Anyway, it's a convenient location.

I don't think it's worth flying anywhere to stay only for a few hours, especially without leaving the airport. If we really want something simple, an online (Teams, Zoom, etc.) meeting is even easier to arrange... A real Stunts Meeting has to include overnight stay(s) and also some sightseeing or other activity related to the host country.

Btw, I happened to play Stunts in Schiphol Airport in the KLM lounge, which is way better than this cafe, but still far from convenient for our purpose...

And although I have flown a lot* to AMS, I've never heard that the Cityhopper flights (=short-distance flights like SVG-AMS, typically with smaller planes than e.g. BUD-AMS) would be cheaper if you don't leave the airport. What would be the point of that?

*: Useless data about myself: overall 56 flights with departure or arrival in AMS.

Hello Usrin. It's the same for me. The direct KLM flight to AMS is convenient. And yes, I also can't on Easter.

There is a huge difference between winning a single fixed match and being the surprise team of the tournament.

Btw, I don't think the match was fixed. Argentinians got punished for their overconfidence, but can still go far if they learn the lesson.
