Cool that there's two F50's... but... just why...?!  Maybe this type of video appeals to the born in the 90's crowd.

Also, poor camera work.

Stunts Chat / PS3 controller with Stunts
February 14, 2013, 08:11:54 AM
I configured my PS3 controller to work with my PC.  A headache to do, but eventually got it.  Going to order a bluetooth dongle so I can play wirelessly.  Right now I have 4 6ft USB extensions plugged into each other lol, they were only $1 each, plus the 6ft PS3 USB controller cable.

My PC is also connected to the big screen, so I will be able to sit on the couch and Stunts it up without having to get up!! I've also configured my android phone as a wireless mouse/keyboard, for ultimate lazyness.

Initially I used joystick mode, just for old time's sake, and very quickly went back to keyboard mode, but with the controls remapped in DosBox.  Feels great using the R1 and L1 buttons to shift up and down.

Stunts Questions / In search of the Rocket Vet - cars
January 07, 2013, 12:14:39 AM
I searched here, to no avail... was hoping for some assistance in my quest for the "Rocket Vet":

I am tempted to duplicate the car settings, but if someone has this masterpiece available for me to download, it would be much appreciated.

Haha, never in 20 years did I dream there would be such a resource of Stunts fanatics, information, and downloads... even competitions.  It's great to see such enthusiasm for a game I was [also] addicted too many years back.  The realization of the dream come true of actually driving an F40 in the game is amazing as well (DAMN that replay bar, taunting me ever time I played).

I'm actually diving back into the world of 4D Stunt driving (the name is hilarious, at least to me) when drinking at my friend's house last night, playing music through youtube.  I always loved to play the intro song of Stunts, and finally we said "we should download that!"  I was explaining how I used to hex edit the cars for more stuntin' action, and one thing led to another... and here I am... many hours later... working off a slight hangover LOL.

I hope to recreate my glory days of spending 12 hours straight on the computer playing stunts, and remake one of my best tracks "Air Wave" soon.  But in the meantime trying to be a grown up and other addictions are vying for my attention.

Here's one that's sort of related to cars:

This is my 86 Mitsubishi Starion Turbo, with some modifications.  Love cars, especially 80's cars... well the good ones at least.

Anyway, thanks to those who maintain these Stunts resources, you are enablers to my addiction.
