things for it:

-quiet days always on friday-saturday, so everyone can race
-live update always on saturday, so no need to stay up long before tomorrow's work.
-everone can test the track on sunday
-leading time counts from monday, because of sunday everyone could send a good time as start
-this stupid track would be 1 week shorter (main reason)
-two special tracks a year
-4 day long winter holiday :)))

against it:

-messed up timetable
-sometimes deadlines match with other competitions
-not sure I want to change during season, but if I want I must now.

your choice, as usual. Vote open for 10 days
one thing is sure:
NO MORE DUAL-WAY TRACKS
sorry.

timetable would be:

ZCT21 dec31 - jan31 (finished)
ZCT22 feb 01 - feb27(finished)
ZCT23 feb28 - mar22 (shortened)
ZCT24 mar23 - apr19
ZCT25 apr20 - may17
ZCT26 may18- jun14
ZCT27 jun15 - jul12 (special)
ZCT28 jul13 - aug9 (special)
ZCT29 aug10 - sep6
ZCT30 sep7- oct4
ZCT31 oct5 - nov1
ZCT32 nov2 - nov29
ZCT33 nov30-dec27
dec28-jan01 : winter holiday :)

So please choose which closure times are the best for you.

Hi!

I've found Kevin Pickell's webpage. http://www.scale18.com
He was the lead programmer of Stunts back in 1990

I wrote him a mail, about asking an interview, ad he answered:

>Sure send me some questions, I might not be able to answer them
>all but
>I'll try.
>Kevin

so lets write together some questions (tonight at IRC mainly), and I'll post them for him.

I think this is a great surprise for you all :)

There you go...

I'll tell my opinion when I have time and hardware to drive it for more than testing purposes.

Stunts Chat / Chatroom
January 11, 2003, 01:05:18 AM
well, it finally happened.
We moved to #stunts.
And at the same time we moved to the EFnet server, which means more people can join the channel, and so maybe more pipsqueaks join.

so, use the server: irc.inet.tele.dk (or any other EFnet server)
and /join #stunts
no nickserv/chanserv needed

there's a new irc web-client installed, runs in perl/cgi, so it should run faster than the previous one which was written in Javascript.

And the best: when my computer is turned on, and is on the net (approx. 16-20 hours a day) then there's Skid Vicious waiting for you to serve with tons of useful and useless features. Please dont abuse him, he is quite sensitive, since he earned only one point last year.

Secondary 2003 / Pre-Entering
December 06, 2002, 02:12:41 AM
Hi!

As you may see, you can pre-enter 2003's competition from this day, because the system is ready to run after about 50 hours of hard coding, only need to make some things nicer, and add new stuff.
Please, every pipsqueak who wants to race in 2003 too, send me his data, if he's in a team then begin with:

team name
team homepage (if exist)
team logo (important!)

then general info:
name
email
country
birhdate
picture

and additional info for driver profile:

height
years of playing stunts
date joined the competition (zakstunts)
problems
expertises
short-medium background
some comments you may like to add

thank you.

well, this is really a nostalgic track, and clearly shows why I dislike Indy as a competition car, but once a year those can have fun too who like it.

Competition 2003 / Wishlist & Application
October 30, 2002, 11:28:19 PM
If it looks now that you won't qualify to the Pro League, but you would like to start the season there (I'm sure there'll be some vacancies (I'm not sure that Argammon, Pershing II, Bismarck will start or not)), then write your request here.
And also it looks that you'll qualify, please confirm here that you do want or don't want to start in the pro league

Now it looks that pro league will consist of the top 10 pipsqueaks, but it can change anytime to 12, if I see that there's enough demand for it (very unlikely, because I'll rather make it smaller than the actual demand, than bigger.).

And don't forget:
Pointsystem is the same as F1-2003 system: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1-0-0
if you get 0 points (if you send no rpl, then you get 0!) then you're relegated to the amateur, and 2 winners from the amateur are coming to the pro. You WON'T lose anything, when changing to the pro from the amateur, but read it in the 2003 rules faq, and if spomething is unclear, ask.

thanx.
Zak

Design and testing done.

Some facts:

-Took 2 hours
-I guess you all know, it's not a secret: designed for Lamborghini Countach
-Quite balanced Dual-way track (finally :) )
-Big, partly exploreable scenery, as in zct18.
-racing time around 2 mins.

Hope you'll like it.
