Oh damn, I have a Live Security Platinum virus... any ideas how to disinfect my computer (I don't have any antivirus program on my computer, just an old NOD/ESET trial version which don't work anymore)?

Now I'm on my mother's computer... probably a few days offline at home (not at workplace).

My built-in webcam is dead. >:(

Now the USB ports are going crazy... ouch!

The cracked Namo 5 from the prehistoric age seems to be quite old-fashioned these days with its frames, so I need a new (and free) WYSIWYG webeditor. Any suggestions?

zaqrack

you could try the slightly less outdated but still discontinued Kompozer. http://www.kompozer.net/

Bluegriffon is more or less a replacement for Kompozer —they share some code ancestry, I think Nvu.

Thank you, I'm going to try both. It's time to upgrade the half-dead USC site (and add some content, too).

I must do something about the SCST site as well. As far as the current replays sidebar go, the final race of the season ended just a few days ago  :D

I used Notepad++. Not WYSIWYG, but I simply used my web browsers to check the result. :P

LOL, it seems not only Namo, but also my (never existed) knowledge about HTML is outdated.   :-[ :-X

(whatever I do in bluegriffon, it cries for further add-ons)

Hmmm... I guess the only thing against frames is the snobism. The old USC site is still working without major problems (even in Chrome / Firefox) - why to change? Is it slower? So what... It's not enough huge to cause real problems. Back to Namo5.  ;D

(This <div>, CSS, HTML5, etc. bullshit is annoying)

Ground loop... (or video card problems)

Yesterday my HD was only found by the BIOS after a few reboots. I am taking bets on when it will go kaput  ::)
