How was Iceland? I long to go there someday.

BonzaiJoe

The nature was unbelievable. We hiked for five days in a remote, uninhabited area. It was tough, and it was cold (even though it was sunny and summer), but so beautiful. Every little corner was beautiful. The pictures you can see on Facebook are good, but of course they don't grasp the feeling of being there. Two other special things: the air is cleaner and fresher than anywhere else, and the place we went to was flooded with mountain springs full of drinkable water.

We only saw a small corner of Iceland. I think I could go there 20 times and still have areas left to see. You should go mainly for nature, though. Culturally, it's certainly got appeal, but it's quickly surveyed. Reykjavik is a nice and active hipster city with a good atmosphere in summer - a bit like Århus, but smaller and with better views.
But we can't be quite sure.

hipster city

That one was the moment when I decided not to visit Iceland.

You're 4 years behind. It's not cool to hate hipsters anymore. Move on.
But we can't be quite sure.

Their lifestyle is damned far from mine. And try to listen the ByeAlex song more than twice - you will be immediately 50 years behind.

Oh, the Grand Prix song :D Well, that was a pretty boring song, but they sure dressed like hipsters.
But we can't be quite sure.

By the way, Copenhagen hipsters listen to techno, dancehall, obscure electronica and minimalistic indie pop. They can't be totally like Budapest hipsters.
But we can't be quite sure.

As for me, hipster is just a word for new wave metrosexual snobs.

(I don't know who the fvck voted on that fag.)

I don't know why they create a lot of new words just to say "nerd" :D

Those are guys who are unable to make an achievement in science/sports/art/a hobby/their job/their family life/etc., so they desperately try to prove that they are "special". If one word doesn't sound so "special" anymore, they have to invent another one...

Btw, hipsters don't occur in the nature, so I'm sure that 99% of Iceland's area is free of them.  8)
