After financial problems and the exclusion associated to it (to third division), Vegyész RC Kazincbarcika (third time national champion some years ago, once top8 team in the European Champions League) is back to the first division of Hungarian Volleyball League. Like in the good old times, we started the season with 3 victories out of 3. Great!

After a fantastic pre-season, the Pittsburgh Penguins started the NHL regular season very badly. Home defeats, twice 2-3, against the dirty Flyers and the Habs. Oh dear...

The SAPA Fehérvár Alba Volán 19 Austrian EBEL team of the Hungarian champions is lying in the 9th position in the league (out of 10). After a very bad season start, looks like we could overcome the problems and we might be able to bounce back. 3-2 shootout loss (1 point earned) in the Red Bull Salzburg arena in Salzburg, against the defending champions.

The alpine ski season will start soon. Dirty Lindsey Vonn in advance!!!
