Changes regarding replay upload and storage are now online

I started a test race which I plan to completely delete in a couple of days. Please spend a second to submit a replay and see if everything works and the changes make sense.

Zak, there's some new code related to replay emails. Can you check if everything looks fine on your side?

I tried to send a replay from default and not recognized the track. I'll download it again because i can accidentaly edited the track....

Also, illegal cars aren't being blocked yet (I have just posted a Niva lap). Anyway, the new form and pages feel pretty smooth!

So, things to fix tomorrow:

• don't accept incomplete replays, crashing or not (this will be partial anyway, as there is no way to tell whether the lap is actually complete, or the pipsqueak just stood still)
• don't accept replays with a car not used in the current season

This is the last day of public replays, so from tomorrow you should be able to choose between "public replays" or "scoreboard only".
