Guest tracks in 2015

I hope to see at least 8 guest tracks this year. Track designers have some additional powers this year: they can distribute up to 10 positive and negative car coefficient points amongst the cars - so you can adjust the coefficients to the track. For now, you can apply here, soon hopefully a public track upload form will be available on the site.

Two questions about bonus adjustments:

• Are the +10% and -10% limits per car or totals to be distributed among the cars? The rules seem to mean the latter - though even if that's the case it doesn't seem it will be a problem to ensure an Acura race as Akoss wants.
• Are the adjustments reset after the race? I'm not sure what would be better, but without resetting the risk of less popular cars being skipped altogether might be higher.

I guessed a pool of 10 points to add/substract only. You may use in every car you want but seems more effective in 1 or 2 cars.
