It is reasonable to expect that genetic influences on traits like IQ should become less important as one gains experiences with age. Surprisingly, the opposite occurs.

After 11 years, I think the pro/amateur league was a great idea - but there were not enough (stable) pipsqueaks for that system, so the relegations were based mainly on inactivity. It could have worked with a two or three times bigger community.
