Not too much design but it deserves the average rate. 2
But not the design is important for me. This track would be a very hard Indy track, there are places where it will be very hard to keep power gear. This track is funny without replay handling, but i think it wouldn't be boring or annoying too much for competitions. 3
Competition: very good for competitions. 4
Guess for the designer: Looger. We don't know this style yet.

A high density track, compressed in one part of the map, and almost without scenery. Too much sharp corners and slaloms.
2 for design.
Fun : not very good too, too much sharp corners as I said, but one part is interesting (tube/tunnel/hill/loop/boulevard/corner : the most "running" part in my opinion). 3 for fun.
Competition : hard (so good for competition), but not funny ro re-race (not good for competition). So it's an average 3.
Designer : original map used, probably one of the new pipsqueaks who don't know the SHIFT+F1 in track editior. But maybe I'm wrong.
