Very nice cars!   I'm thinking we have so many custom cars nowadays, that cars should get some form of sequential ID number (in order of appearance), like a DNI :p

The ID of this pack is like this:
M1DC:
M: Muscle (name of the pack)
1: Number of Tier (remember there will be 3 tiers)
DC: the last two letters are for the car name, Dodge Charger in this case.

3d shape, dashboards and paintwork done!
I only have to adjust the needles of the Mustang and the Javelin. And maybe the gearstick graphic of the Mustang.

They have a veeery similar performance so Tier 2 will be the most equalized pack.
