Strange...
I'm using XP Home, too, and it runs. I don't say it runs good, but it can be started. The problem is, that when I want to use sound, I have to launch it using the program "VDMSound" (guess your "abandon_loader" is something like that).
But with this problem (I guess without it, either), the key presses are recognised too slowly, so real driving is impossible. :?

You could try VDMSound first, but the best solution is to play it on an older computer, I do that,  too. XP sucks for Stunts drivers.

Hi@all,
today, i just wanted to have some fun playing stunts agains after a long time, i dowloaded it and did everything i had to, but if i run either setup.exe, setup.pif, stunts.exe, stunts_k.exe or any other pif/exe/cmd file, my WinXP says:
It has been tried to access an invalid/illegal/unallowable(choose one, im not sure which one is right ;)) adress
(translated freely by me ;)),
in german it would be: Es wurde versucht, auf eine unzul?ssige Adresse zuzugreifen.
Im using WinXP home, 800mhz CPU, 384mb RAM and a graphic card...dunno what kind...
i tried opening it with abandon_loader, but this doesnt work, too.
would be nice if somebody could help me, thank u and
cu
