I really like the Lithuanian basketball team, I hope they will win the tournament. I was especially happy when I saw them beating the United States. :) And the players have really funny names like Jasikevicius and Siskauskas. :)

Fazekas couldn't pee enough on the doping test, and after some hours of trying, he left. The rule is "it can be considered a positive doping test", and it was. They analysed his pee, the test was negative, but who cares (they say) if he couldn't pee enough. That is the main topic in Hungary at the moment, and we really hope he will get back his well deserved gold medal.

Wow, nice basketball match yesterday between Argentina and Greece.
Now, it will be Argentina vs USA and Italy vs Lithuania.
I hope final will be Argentina vs Lithuania, but I fear USA will beat Argentina...

Overall, even if France had anothe bronze medal, we are now 7th as Germany got another gold medal and they also have more silver medal than us... But we still have some chances of other medals.

well yes, only those dont go who have something to hide...

but I still think 90% of those sportsmen in some sports (athletics/weightlifting/cycling) use doping, so I dont see the point in the whole thing anymore.

Hmm besides more than one nation were treated in a questionable way, if one remembers the downgrade from 2x Gold for Horseriding to 2x 4th place because the timer had made a mistake. so everything evens out sooner or later.

IOC=assholes, WADA=assholes, Alekna and Murofushi are d*cksuckers...errr... the REAL LOOSERS with undeserved golden medals. Adrian Annus and Robert Fazekas did not cheat however you think they did.

I cheared for USA against Lithuania... :P Okay I finished throwing shit on the others. Let's change the topic: let me mention all the Hungarian golden medals:

Timea Nagy, fencing
Diana Igaly, skeet
Adrian Annus, hammer throwing (in my view he is the champion)
Robert Fazekas, discus throwing (-"-)
Istvan Majoros, wrestling
Zsuzsanna V?r?s, modern pentathlon
Natasa Janics, kayak K-1
Natasa Janics - Katalin Kovacs, kayak K-2
Zoltan Kammerer, Botond Storcz, Akos Vereczkei, Gabor Horvath - kayak K-4
Men water polo team: Zoltan Szecsi (GK), Istvan Gergely (GK), Tibor Benedek, Peter Biros, Rajmund Fodor, Tamas Kasas, Gergely Kiss, Norbert Madaras, Tamas Molnar, Adam Steinmetz, Barnabas Steinmetz, Tamas Varga, Attila Vari

CONGRATULATIONS!

Well, usually the doping controllant just hangs around until the athletes can pee, so I don't really get it... if they can't pee, just have them drink a bottle of water or something. Shouldn't really be a problem. Maybe I don't know the full story? But hey, I don't care :D Congratulations to everyone who won medals in Athens. Good job!

Well... In 2012, Fazekas produced positive A and B samples - he used an "old-fashioned" steroid, stanozolol.

I wonder how many gold medalists are doped this year. What's your guess? 50%? 80%? 20%? 2%?

There are several sports where you simply don't need any dopes, so let's say "only" 60%.
