I like the finish with the guitar (it's the one of "guitar hero" PS2 game it seems).
Well, PS3 launching in France this night at midgnight was a cruel deception for Sony and a really funny joke for MicroSoft.
I saw a short news about it and there was only 4 persons waiting to by the PS3 in the main store in Paris ! In the meantime, a boat was on the Seine river in front of the store with a big ad for X-Box 360 on it ! Really funny. ;D
600 euros for a console, no real "blockbuster" game when console is finally available, ... Sony way of life is over.
Real king of next-gen console is X-Box 360. Wii will be as GameCube was : only for Nintendo-games fans (Zelda, Mario, ...) and occasionnal players. Real players will now all play with X-Box 360.
Sony will now live what Sega lived a few years ago with their DreamCast : the most technically powerful console available, but the less interesting games. So, it's a failure.
And the online play of X-Box proved to be efficient, not like PS2 online system. Another bad point for Sony.
To finish the bad news for Sony, PS3 lost numerous "exclusive games" that made the success of previous PS consoles : next MGS for example will be on X-Box 360 and PS3, not PS3 only. The only "PS3 exclusive" game that seems promising so far is MotorStorm.
If Sony is lucky, they will finally sell PS3 when Gran Turismo 5 will be available, that is in summer 2008. Not before. In the meantime, if you bought a PS3, you can still use your PS3 as a barbecue :

When first X-Box was launched, Sony laughed to see such a big console compared to PS2.
Now, X-Box 360 is smaller than 1st X-Box while PS3 is by far the biggest console avaliable.
How big will be the future PS4 ?
Also, PS3 is supposed to do numerous things other than playing games : watch DVD, Blu-Ray, ... What kind of things will do the future PS4 ?
Maybe the answer of these 2 questions : the console/CD/DVD/blu-ray/yellow-ray/purple-ray/barbecue/fridge-PS4 ! ;D
