I choose the third one: remember 3rd IMSA Cup quarter-finals, CTG vs Gutix. Gutix reached the second best time in the quarter-finals but he lost the match.

I voted for the 4th option. I think you're right about best losser but being the fastest should have its award too.

There are 8 pipsqueaks in the competition but only 5 votes and 3 explanations (Krys, CTG and mine). Who is missing?

Mark, Dottore, Navras, AbuRaf and Duplode are missing with explanations, no clue about votes. But I think I'll change my  vote to the 4th option after thinking over every aspects.
