You do not need a separate terrain editor. Just press SHIFT+F1 on the in-game editor and you'll be able to modify the terrain. Else, check this (http://stunts.mine.nu/zakstunts/index.php?page=download&menu=full) page and download the "Track Blaster" external editor, which will give you some extra freedom in design.

And of course, welcome!  ;)

But if you're still looking for the runtime library you can find it at Lukas Loehrers Stunts tools page, take a look at: http://www.kalpen.de/luke/4dtools.html

LOL. It's a basic thing. But I also had something I didn't know before WSM 2004: after building a track press Shift-C to check if Stunts accepts it or you have to modify something.

And what may be the last secret of Stunts: press Ctrl+Q at any time to quit the game directly.
