i want to read, what u think about meat and which is your favourite meat sort
I eat less and less meat each year, but I cant resist duck or lamb, those are simply the best.
I eat mostly chicken though.
Nothing beats hungarian salami! That's just the best.
I also eat all kinds of other meat, there's hardly anything I don't like... Even octopus is great :)
There's nothing like a "tournedos Rossini" : one of the best part of beef (in French we call it "pav? de rumsteack", I don't know the English name) still "bloody red" inside and a half-cooked foie gras just warmed a few seconds at the stove.
Other good meats : horse (excellent with roasted onions and schallots), duck, ostrich, bison, deer, ... I like almost all kind of meats, preferently red meats. I'm a carnivore. ;D
And you are truly French : -D

I didn't considered seafood as meat in my previous post. Regarding seafood, I don't like molluscs and crustaceans, but I like fish a lot. Trout with almonds, smoked salmon, ...
Going back to meat (and to approve the "truly French" spirit mentionned by Jacky), I have to mention all the kind of dry sausages (especially from donkey or those slightly spicy ones made in Corsica, and those with green pepper, ...), dry hams (especially from Parme, but also classical from Bayonne or anywhere else), copa, chorizo...
but nothing beats Hungarian Gyulai sasuages :)
mostly i eat meat, i like chicken and "kassler" the most. i like em most, cos chicken has fat, which i eat and "kassler is really tasty and when its ready to be eaten its red!
Only pork and beef. Animal with wings is not meat. ;D
I am also a carnivore, and I prefer red meat, too. The harder, the tastier, the more characteristic - the better it is.
Chicken < Duck < Turkey <<< Lamb, Rabbit < Pork << Beef < Wild (e.g. wild boar)
I also like Hungarian salami and sausage. Forever Pick salami, Gyulai and Csabai sausage!
I love Serbian meat specialities like pljeskivica and urnebes steak.
Well I'm not a vegetarian anymore, so I also eat meat now...which is very lovely :) I can't really say which kind I like the most...it's more about how it's made. I'm crazy about Mexican, Chinese and Indian food

This "Rubix Cubewich" is made from cubes of pastrami, kielbasa, pork fat, salami and two types of cheddar. While the original puzzle will give you a headache, this one will just give you the farts
I have a nice big chunk of Argentinian Angus sirloin in my fridge. On sunday it will end up in my new Hackman frying pan, and then eventually in my stomach. Looking forward to it!

Here's my lunch I've just had in the canteen. The best mutton I've ever had; a bit fatty, more tender and more delicious than any other parts. And it was smiling nicely at me.

Overcooked!
My meat consumption was cut to maybe 20% of the former value since I am in China. Andi turned into a vegetarian. Vegetables are just so great here.

With 7years experience behind, vegetarian food tastes at least as delicious as meat. I can't agree with people saying meat is essential because of the nutrients. Animal protein can be easily substituted by eggs, dairy products and soya.
