Title: Copa Stunts
Post by: Duplode on November 02, 2010, 04:33:27 AM
Just to keep you informed of a new development: DarkChaser is having a shot at holding a full-fledged Brazilian Championship. There was little advertisement because he chose to take inscriptions USL-style and make a fixed list of participants. Otherwise, it will be a traditional RH/IRC competition with monthly races. Here are the inscribed pipsqueaks:

Alexandre Ramos ("DarkChaser")
João Gilberto Siqueira ("Vamologocomisso")
Régis Muller ("Régismuller")
Rudah Paiva ("Flash Driver")
Daniel Mlot ("Duplode")
João Paulo Lopes ("Night Rider")
Renato Brodzinski ("Renato Biker")

I bet it will be a most interesting championship, and will keep you informed of any exciting news. You can also follow contest news (in Portuguese) through http://www.copastunts.xpg.com.br/ (http://www.copastunts.xpg.com.br/)

A small correction is due, even if it was already announced elsewhere. Copa Stunts is not a fixed entry list contest; it is open to everyone. If you want to join it just visit the new site, http://copastunts.webnode.com.br (http://copastunts.webnode.com.br) , and mail Dark Chaser through the address provided there.

I'm looking at these people with names like "Regis Muller", "Flash Driver" and "Night Rider" and smiling because they are unaware of what a stupendous whacking they are going to receive from other people with similar names, like "Renato Biker" and "Duplode".

After this month's round, Copa Stunts has, unfortunately, folded. After a couple promising races early on, it was averaging 3 pipsqueaks/round lately...
