It says that i need MS-DOS to play this game.

You can use the DOS BOX.

Welcome!  :) As Leo said, to run Stunts in a modern system you will need DOSBox. Download it from here (http://www.dosbox.com/download.php?main=1) (easiest way to get it if you're using WIndows) and then check the guides and tips at the Stunts Wiki (http://wiki.stunts.hu/index.php?title=DOSBox). Feel free to ask us if any more questions arise.
