Which Dashboard you prefer ?
I think I like the second one a little bit better.

I like the wood button of the first one and dislike the single airvent on the left.
Note that the 2 dashboards exist in real.
For the performance, I hesitate between the eb110ss and the Dauer version.
This last is not tuning but a real car when Bugatti bankrupt. Dauer bought frame and machine to do some new cars.
I really can't decide between the two dashboards. They both look cool!
For me, the wooden buttons are a stand-out feature of the dashboard in the real car. As you mentioned though, I think the dashboard looks better overall without the air vent to the left of the instrument cluster. I said that I preferred the second one, but they both look great, so you should just use whichever one you think looks best. As for the performance, I think you should use the SS version.
I think to make a variant with between the two dashboard.
I remember that Michael Schumacher had a yellow SS with the wood dashboard of the GT.
