It says there is no VCRUNTIME140_1.dll

how to fix it? :-[

BTW I still use win 7

Here is a direct download link (https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x64.exe) for the x64 version, and the relevant downloads page (https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/downloads/) (it shows up under "Other tools, frameworks and redistributables" at the bottom).

Thanks for reporting this issue! I hadn't tried to run that build on a system without that library installed. I will mention the need for it somewhere.
