After several modifications studied and found in past years (view post (https://forum.stunts.hu/index.php?topic=2570.0)) and some corrections to game's car sound effects, I compiled in a suitable command line installer (batch file) a way to choose from several car sound effects for 4D Sports Driving / Stunts for PC Speaker, Tandy and AdLib / Sound Blaster sound cards.
Just extract the contents of the attached zip file and (files and directories) into game's root directory, and run SOUND.BAT, to navigate using number keys as show below:
Check it's "README.TXT" before for more information about it.

Hello Zapper, I'm looking to implement electric vehicle sounds in Zapper Sound. Specifically, I want the vehicle to be silent with discreet acceleration and deceleration hums. Could you provide some guidance on how to achieve this? Thank you! Here's my first try.

Probability you have already red this Sound Files Editing (VCE) (https://forum.stunts.hu/index.php?msg=86140) topic post. In any case by using a file editor like HxD you can try and play with the blue highlighted bytes for getting a different engine sound.
I also tried to find some kind of electric motor sound. Check the attached ADENG1e.VCE file to see if it also better suits what you're looking for.
(rename this file to ADENG1.VCE in game's folder)
