Let's open with PTB support:
- there's finally a place for it the database ;D
- Podium Time Bonus points appear on track and season scoreboards ✅
To get PTB in I had to tidy up the way we handle all bonus points, which cleaned up a few things, and now Leading Time, Time Difference, and Endurance bonuses appear in the right seasons through history. For example, 2024 (https://zak.stunts.hu/seasons/2004) includes LTB and TDB.
I'm making some sweeping changes to some back-end code 👀 Let me know if anything looks odd.
