It seems that Stunts 1.0 (BB) release is busted.
The CGA.COD file is damaged, ALPINE.PVS is missing and HELENS.TRK is also missing.
I've found curious that the files were dated from the release date, that was fabricated or they are untouched for the original floppies?

The Stunts 1.0 BB I got when I first came to know Stunts was also "damaged". In my case, the ADLIB driver was broken, one of the image files from Skid Vicious was missing and the Default track had been serious tampered with. I suspect the Default replay also was not the original one. It ended up with the Indy shooting up into the sky from the middle of the loop in the Default track.
For a year or so, I didn't notice the audio driver problem because I didn't have a sound card and the PC Speaker sound was normal, but when I did get a sound card, I was annoyed that sound was so glitchy. One day, when I got the game Fight (later also known as 4D Sports Boxing), I realised it had a similar structure, so I took the ADLIB driver from it and copied into Stunts. That fixed that, but I still couldn't play against Skid because of thie missing file. All issues ended once I had version 1.1. I wonder at which point this copy got broken.
When Forum attachments are available again, we probably should replace the link to BB 1.0 in the Wiki to one that points to rallyfiend's zip (see this conversation (https://forum.stunts.hu/index.php?msg=95620) for context), which was made from the original floppies. It's worth noting that, to the best of our knowledge, HELENS.TRK wasn't included in BB 1.0, but only in later versions.
My old BB 1.0 version also had some missing files: HELENS.TRK, and (pretty sure) STDBJAGU.PVS (Jaguar's dashboard files). But it was because of my copy came in a single 5 1/4 disk and the game doesn't fit in 1,2 mb. Maybe few other files were missing but the rest of the game was fine.
