This is a reverse engineered SETUP.EXE implementation in C that is a drop-in replacement for the original SETUP.EXE program, with expandability in mind.

PS: This release came a little late, I've planned to drop it around the same time of `skidpack (https://forum.stunts.hu/index.php?topic=4631.0)` but I had a power outage today due to the weather here in Brazil. Hope it still counts as a Wednesday release.

I'd like to try the Roland Sound Canvas driver. Is it available already? Your repo `skidsc55` seems private.
