Hi my Stunts friends!
I've been working on something new for Stunts: Stunts DynoLab, a complete car benchmarking and homologation system, together with TOP STUNTS, our very own Top Gear-style test track!
🔧 STUNTS DYNOLAB
The idea is simple: test our custom cars scientifically instead of just guessing how fast they are.
The programme includes:
A dynamometer for technical performance tests.
Road tests for acceleration, braking and handling.
Circuit testing for real driving performance.
A growing catalogue to compare tested cars.

Every proper car testing programme needs a mysterious driver.
Ours wears a red helmet. Nobody knows who he is. Nobody knows where he comes from. And nobody knows why he keeps accepting these assignments.
His name is THE STUNG!
His mission: drive every car around TOP STUNTS and establish comparable lap times.
🏁 FIRST TEST: ACURA NSX
Our first test car has completed its inaugural hot lap!
Track: TOPSTNT.TRK
Lap time: 2:32.30
Maximum speed: 133.1 mph
Average speed: 82.0 mph
Detected jumps: 7
The video features cockpit cameras, replay footage, technical observations and some very British humour.

This is just the beginning. As more cars complete the benchmark and TOP STUNTS lap, we'll build a proper performance database for our Stunts creations.
I'd love to hear your feedback, especially about the testing methodology and the comparison system.
Which Stunts car should THE STUNG test next?
Have fun!

Cool, testing cars is fun, I'll give these tools a try!
Somewhat on the topic - did you know the showroom charts are based on actual simulation? I didn't! I always assumed they're just random fluff that don't correspond to the game (just like the text next to it). But when I saw the playstunts code it turns out they're based on simulation using the game engine! Originally they're not very large but they can always be expanded.

Oooh, do we have the first non-stock opponent then? Anything we can download and test, or is it all secret closed-source?
