You all are wrong. The Spanish league is not the hardest although two of the best teams in the world are from Spain: Barcelona and of course Ciudad Real.

The half final denmark-Germany was one of the hardest games I ever saw. And also very tensioness - even 15 seconds before the end I did not know who will be the winner. I was fully sweatened when the game ended (and happy of course then) :)
By the way, I'm lucky to live in Kiel - During that game in the 2nd half the German TV station broke down for 5 - 10 minutes. I was happy then to be in the position and turn to the Danish TV Station, which broadcasted the game. Otherwise I would have had a heart attack...

when I was in Tunisia all the Germans there were watching the only TV of the hotel - the world match Germany-Turkey as I remember.
And then at the seoncd half electricity was gone. It came back at the 90th minute :)

:D But soccer has the advantage that somewhere there is a battery-run radio and some station broadcasting the game. Handball is not interesting enough here in Germany.
I guess that there are several broadcasting stations in Denmark, talking handball around the clock. 8)
