Statistics of the current USL opponents against eachother in USC:

Krys Toff - AbuRaf 12-3, counting all the competitions of my stats (except WSC, I've lost the file from Paleke :-/): 58-1-23
CTG - Chulk 9-3, all competitions: 37-12
Mark L. Rivers - Duplode 0-0, all competitions: 3-0
Dottore - CTG 21-1-3, all competitions: 25-1-5

Do you mean 21-13, 21-1 or 21-3 ?

AbuRaf really has a chance to beat me. And this statistic should be reduced to results with the current car used this week in USL to be more accurate.

21-1-3 means 21 Dottore win, 1 draw, 3 CTG win. But I added all competition compare I have in the stats (no WSC :()

Okay your wish is command: let's compare the Jaguar XJR performance!

Krys Toff - AbuRaf 8-0
CTG - Chulk 5-0
Mark L. Rivers - Duplode 0-0
Dottore - CTG 1-0

Not so tight matches on paper but I think not all of them are that easy...
Title: Re: Head to head

That's logical to exclude WSC due to specific no shortcut rule.

I would add it but I deleted the e-mail of Paleke with all the results accidentally before adding to my stats Excel file. Only some newer WSC races are included in overall compare.

You have to start beating me once... This is a good moment for it. ;)

Specially now your up arrow key is almost dead. Though I'd like to race against a full power CTG.
Title: Re: Head to head
Post by: CTG on June 12, 2007, 07:22:42 PM
I'm in full power but expert replays need twice or three times more suffering than with a good keyboard. Sometimes I push the buttons really hard and effect disappears for 1 or 2 seconds while sometimes I push only softly and it works. And it's also true for the opposite.

Btw it seems it wasn't the F1 game's fault, almost all the keys have already contact problems. I had to re-type at least 20 words in this message because of missing letters...
Title: Re: Head to head

Maybe you should consider buying a new one then.  ;)
Title: Re: Head to head

No, I'll go to the service to clean the keyboard of my notebook and check possible contact failures. On the other hand, I'm going to buy a new computer in a year.

No stunts for CTG while service is being performed?  :D

That's also a problem for me with DOSBox : even if now the game runs smoothluy with new settings, there's always a delay between keypress and reaction in the game with the space bar. Not other keys, only spacebar. Hard to do good shift changing this way.
Not a problem for noRH as I use A and Z keys for noRH gear changes. But with RH I need the spacebar (closer to return key than A key for gearing up just after choosing to continue a replay).

Head to head statistics for the next week, there are some interesting matches!

AbuRaf 70 versus CTG

The veteran Argentinian has no luck with his rival: they raced already 72 times together and the Hungarian driver leads heavily (2-70). Little hope for him is that he won twice against CTG in USC (2-13). AbuRaf's stats are even worse with Countach: he lost all his three Lamborghini races (0-3).

Duplode versus Krys Toff

Duplode arrived to USL as a black horse, having great skills with Indy. They haven't meet yet in USC (0-0) and Duplode had no race with Countach (0-0). Their overall match finished always with Krys Toff's victory (0-4), but the Brasilian used to be just behind the oldie Frenchman.

Chulk versus Dottore

Maybe the biggest fight of the next round. The two times USC champion has a great record against the Argentinian talent in his number one competition (2-8), but due to his low activity and less energy spent on ZakStunts, the overall result of their fights shows draw (12-12). They met only twice with Countach - in this aspect standings are equal too (1-1).

CTG versus Mark L. Rivers

Never trust in numbers totally! The Silver Spirit driver beats his Italian rival with a confident gap both in USC (12-4) and in overall (15-7), but the incredible racing shape shown in the last few months by his opponent makes this match balanced - or even Mark has slightly more chance to win! They raced together only once with Countach where CTG finished higher (1-0). It's time for a re-match! :)

Highest numbers will be at Krys Toff vs CTG match with Indy (7th round). The two most active drivers with the most popular car. ;)

For the indy you should compare separately races with shortcuts allowed and races without.

I won't. Reason: the Indy round will be special here in USL, it will be a closed track (almost no shortcuts). :)

Maybe you remember my former avatar (two or three weeks ago), with an "indoor" arena on a 8*8 field. I'll modify it a bit, add the water - and there's the Indy track! ;)

Closed track for Indy is better for me. Aburaf has been faster than me with Indy last races.

Krys vs CTG is piquant, Mark vs Chulk is balanced (but the italian is in a lot better shape), Dottore vs AbuRaf is a chanceful KO, CTG vs Duplode can be a prediction killer.

Chulk vs Krys is obvious BUT ONLY ON PAPER (Krys is still the positive surprise of the tournament). Mark vs AbuRaf might be easy for the Italian, Duplode vs Dottore seems to be quite simple too for the two times USC champion and last but not least the tightest match can be CTG vs CTG.

Thist time I'm 100% unable to challenge the forecast: considering what I've seen up to now, NSX is by far my worst car, and I'll have to work very hard to avoid a massive defeat.

I finally have some free time this week and, call it luck if you want to, car of the round is Acura! So Krys, prepare for a great battle, because it won't be easy for none of us!

Damn... Why are you not as busy as Duplode ? :D
Anyway, I made a few minutes race (under 1 minute of course) yesterday evening but forgot to send the replay. I was more focus on a WSC brand new replay from scratch yesterday. ;D
Tonight will be for last attempts at WSC and for my ToCA RD2 competition. Tomorrow, back to USC/USL/SDR/Kalpen (and also ZS I hope if Zak has time for the update).

Stats will be updated when the list of participants seem to be complete and clear. With the participation of the 5 most active pipsqueaks ever (Krys-CTG-Zak-BJ-AbuRaf) with other TOP30 participants (Chulk 13th, Duplode 28th), the head-to-head history will be really interesting!

(And yes, I know that Arg will appear soon and will be upset about this message because of throwing shit on him again) ;D

"Boycotting"... strange word in this context... It means "damaging", "hog-tieing", "rattening"... Really does my absence mean this for USL 2008...? Well, I'm really honoured....  More, this is the highest "honour" I received from a USwhatever event (I'm talking about facts, not simple words written on News page), and it's arrived the first time I missed one... What strange things happen...
Title: Re: Head to head
Post by: BonzaiJoe on June 20, 2008, 12:07:34 PM
Actually, "boycott" is just a name of some sheriff in an American town long ago, who was so unfair that the citizens of the town simply decided to ignore him and refuse to have anything to do with whatever he commanded. Something like that, anyway. It means to cut off any kind of interaction with someone or something.
