Yes, another season will be over soon. It was a nice contest again, so it deserves a quality ending too. Who else can make this final battle better than Akoss Poo by designing a track for Indy? Two times TDC winner's name is guarantee for a hard and enjoyable race. It will decide about the final podium...
Details are coming soon.
That sounds good! We also want Akoss Poo back on the racetrack.

I like Akoss tracks, yes. I never told I didn't like them. ;)
Then be happy, sometimes he makes better tracks than me. ;D
My style in track designing changed a lot in the past and not in the good meaning...
Indy will help me to earn the silver I worked for. Akoss Poo's tracks suit me well.
Remember that Bonzai Joe is a killer with Indy and Krys Toff made some wonderful races with that car too.
Quote from: CTGKrys Toff made some wonderful races with that car too.
With indy it really depends of the track for me. A lot of powergears suits me better than slow tracks with indy.
A reasonably short, very hard, low-speed Indy track with no bridge corners or double-corners. That's my favourite Stunts dish.
Quote from: BonzaiJoeA reasonably short, very hard, low-speed Indy track with no bridge corners or double-corners. That's my favourite Stunts dish.
For me a long powergear speed track with elevated corners please. ;D
Okay talk with Akoss. ;D
Track designing finished. It's not a short track, though it's also not a particularly long one. It's not so hard in my opinion, but since there's water surrounding the way (quite unusually from me), the track has a very low power gear ability (I will never say it's 0% after CTK2003A). One bridge corner was placed on the trackfield, and several double corners, to add a bit akossish feeling to the track, and compensate the surprising water percentage.
Several double corners? On water? :'(
Okay I'll stop crying until I see the track.
Pre-test was a bit disappointing: I couldn't really enjoy I drive this. Too much water, way too slow for Indy. But it's only my opinion...
5 minutes RH try: 1:28.90
As usual: spy photo of the track. ;)

Ha ha ha what did you expect? Akoss makes a track for you which you will enjoy? You were wrong! It is a racing track, and not a CTG-entertaining or funny track.

You are stupid again. No problem, I expected that.
A really good track must be enjoyable. No problem if it's hard or if you suffer a bit. But this one is not like that.
Without a smiley you maybe found it too hard - it wanted to be a half-joke, or something like that. There are harder and less enjoyable tracks (just like easier and more enjoyable ones), and a last race of a competition should be something like that in my opinion. I think it's not as bad as you see it - maybe unusual, an Indy track without powergear.
Ladies and gentleman: the track!
Track name: Zalaegerszeg (ZEG)

I resend you it again now. Please check your mailbox and update your score with my 1'14"... ;)

Really. I've just sent you my 4th mail (this time to your MSN mailbox) in last 36 hours... I hope my time will be still the better when it will arrive...
Shocking result by Mark! :o
I think Freemail has a problem with your e-mail address - usually it makes mailing system error when the name contains @ character (and your mailing name is the same as your e-mail address). I suggest you should change it for something else.
After redriving the track I must say 1:07-1:08 can be the winning time...

Even my time is quite far from the future winning time. And you will make it under 1:12, I'm almost sure... ;)

False. Check USC site! ;D
Power gear section means you can do a corner (even if in air) in power gear. It easily occur with Indy that after a jump, you reach power gear. But then a corner and water, so you have to brake!!!
Track gives you the possibility to reach powergear 5 times on the track (I could do only 3 of them in my 1:11.50), but only two of them cuts a corner. And only if you are lucky and skilled... :)
Check the animated GIF! ;)
Oh, I didn't imagined the 2nd one. I'm trying to do the 1st one properly since 2 days without success : I always get penalty time. :(
Anyway, this applies only to manual gears pipsqueaks.
I did the last 3 of these PG sections.
For those who can't imagine 1:11.50

Ooops, more power gear ability than I expected... I also didn't expect walking on the water... :S Anyway, it seems to be a very good and challenging racing track... hmmm I'm really thinking about trying a lap on it... I need a working CPU with sound on it.
Oh yes, come on! 1:10 will be easy for you (and 1:09 for me ;D).
Temporary overall standings:
0 | CTG | 138 |

From me this is normal : I didn't raced any competition last week except ZS a few.
But I'll race until deadline, don't worry. ;)
You have to race... Your silver medal is in danger!
I'll race tonight, I had no time since last week but I "reserved" computer for tonight. My wife will have to watch TV and let the computer to me. ;D
I would have really liked to provide a great final indy-race from me... but when I come home in the evening, I am really too exhausted :-[
Still need time to get used to working ::)

I'm working as a programmer, sitting 8 hours a day in front of a computer... no "physical" work, but I feel totally drained when I get home :-\
But you have to consider, that this is only my second week after years of sweet student life (when you substract the exam phases)...
I'll surely stop crying soon! ;)
DJ: Relax and drink! Stunts is not that important. ;D
Where's T?ff??? Only 72 minutes left...
I guess Renato and Bonzai Joe are shitting on this race. I also think Mark, Dottore and CTG won't improve. It will be a boring and bad race at the end... :(

Btw your replay makes my Stunts mad: can't open it ("check disk" script appears and Stunts is frozen, while RPLInfo can't recognize it).
No problem anyways, it happened to BJ once too (Mingva could open and verify his replay, only my computer could see anything from that).
Update: between 0:30-1:00 am.

Phew, hot ending: Krys Toff finished just behind CTG and they reached the same score in overall. Counting the priority list of USC, Krys was in better position with 2 MOR titles compared to CTG with a single one. Such a little thing gave the silver medal to Krys Toff! Congratulations to both of them! And of course congratulations to the retiring champion, Dottore for saving his title.
Special congratulations goes to Mark L. Rivers for winning his first USC race and Werda for his MOR title and his great 4th place!
Thanks for all of you participating UnskilledStunts Championship 2006/2007!
Next season is coming soon (5-10 days)!
Congratulations to your glorious silver medal, Krys! :)

Oh, cool. After a shitty beginning of the season in the first 2 races I made a better rest of the season, except in the middle where I even had to use OWOOTR rule to get one single point ! I'm quite lucky to end with such a good result overall.
But I'm not sure it's fair to judge on MoR bonus points in case of draw. CTG got 1 LTB point while I got none. MoR bonus points are only depending on you, while LTB points depend only of the pipsqueak, that is CTG.
According to the relative results, CTG beat me 7 times while I beat him only 5 times. And we both won one track. I think it's not so fair to tell I'm before him then. This is a draw, that suits me fine.
Quote from: CTGcongratulations to the retiring champion, Dottore for saving his title.
Another draw fir 1st place between Dottore and you CTG. Nice match here too, and very regular and good season by Doc. Congrats ex-partner.
Quote from: CTGSpecial congratulations goes to Mark L. Rivers for winning his first USC race and Werda for his MOR title and his great 4th place!
Yes, Mark is a really indy master. Congrats. Next USc season he will be ranked better than this one for sure. As for Werda, well, he improved during this season, with a really better 2nd half than the 1st one. Promising.
Too bad Gutix and Renato stopped racing, the results would have been really different if they had raced all the season.

Same comment apply for SuperBrian : 16 points overall, 11 of them in the last 4 races. Only 5 points in the first 8 races. Nice improvement during the season for him too. His good result at Mark's ISM special event made him more motivated than ever. Well done partner. ;)
I couldn't hope a best result! Great! :) :) :)

Krys: I put down the rules of this season at the beginning and nobody complained about deciding draw positions.
Let's compare (following the priority list from USC rules):
Result: same points
a, pts average: Krys Toff and CTG took part all the races so their average is the same too
b, best ranking: they both won a race, still draw
c, MOR titles: 2-1 to Krys
---
If number of MOR titles would be the same, then:
---
d, results against eachother: 7-5 to CTG
e, current WRL ranking: Krys is higher
I think you deserved silver medal by your performance with a great finish. CTG made a great season too, maybe next time he will be even better.
I'm also sad about Gutix, Chulk, Bonzai Joe and Renato... :(
Don't worry, I don't complain. I just said a draw is fair enough. Anyway, it was a good season, let's hope the next one will be as good.
Maybe you will win the next one... :)
