Maybe it seems strange that Ayrton is only 3rd but his activity wasn't enough high to take the lead even if he won the last two ZakStunts races.

I just calculated: the maximal available score is about 3700 pts, from this activity bonus content is maximum 540 pts (taking part all the 15 races). Another special thing is that coefficents of each competitions are quite close to eachother. It means that pipsqueaks taking part only in a single competition can't take very high rankings (see Ayrton).

Why aren't they equal ? It's not fair IMO.
Why Kalpen and WSC are still excluded of the WRL ?
I still don't aggree with these points.

Kalpen: two months long BB 1.0 races.

WSC: still not the level I exclude.

Different coefficients: imagine a 3rd place ranking in ZakStunts, UnskilledStunts and SDR. They aren't equal. In WRL, weight of USC is 80%, SDR 60% compared to ZSC. I think it's fair enough.

What is the problem ? 2 months long tracks or 1.0 version ? Or maybe you don't want to see Mark, Zak or Mislav too highly classified in your WRL... ::)

Quote from: CTGWSC: still not the level I exclude.
OK then, go win a track at WSC and we'll see.
Who were WSC winners ? Ayrton (17 victories), Gutix (4 victories), me (2 victories) then Mark L. Rivers and Dark Chaser with both 1 victory.
Do I need to remind you the talent of Ayrton, Gutix, DC and Mark with the indy ? Sorry, but I disaggree with the "low level" excuse. :P

Quote from: CTGweight of USC is 80%, SDR 60% compared to ZSC. I think it's fair enough.
Oh, ZS is above everything and USC is higher level than SDR ? Really ? Why ?
Because Ayrton or Renato Biker are not racing SDR and USC so their level are lower ? Then WSC is higher level than USC and SDR with this opinion.
Because of the number of pipsqueaks ? Then no competition will ever catch the level of Alan Rotoi's 4DSL or Kalpen 2000-2001.
And why ZS remains as the "top level" competition as it's quite biaised by the special rules of each tracks ?

No, no, no, no. I will never aggree that one competition is supposed to be ranked better than any other.
Look at Olympic games : one gold medal is one gold medal, whatever the sport.
The only thing I will aggree not to mix is RH with noRH. They both deserve their own ranking.

I won't change, sorry. The system is similar for some years and I think it worked well. Be satisfied with your 6th place. :)

My own place isn't the problem (I even think my real place should be lower than that, around 8-10th).
I just think some pipsqueaks are classified too high (KUB, Werda, ...) and some others too low (Chulk, Mislav, ...).

...because it mirrors their performance of the last 5 races in the 3 main competitions...

Mislav (18th): taking part only 1 race from 15, I think it's a good ranking with a single race. Pure added points without special averaging and bonuses (ZSC, USC, SDR): 114, 0, 0

Chulk (11th): having some forgettable races in ZSC and USC, only his SDR performance was good. Pure points: 303, 172, 127

KUB (19th): three middle class result with good laps in USC. Pure points: 0, 203, 0

Werda (16th): 5 completed USC races, 4 times at 5th place - even Chulk had worse results (6th, 7th, 10th) Pure points: 0, 361, 0

I think this one is realistic.

FTT is added to my WRL - inheriting the place of inactive SDR. Next update: after FTT09 deadline. :)

If including FTT in your WRL makes you (and some others too) participate regularly in it, then I'm happy. :)

Working on a new system with all the active competitions included; probably it comes in the first days of 2009. ;)

!!!

Another reason why to include. :)

I think NoRH and RH should not share the same ranking... they are too different things for me. But if you want to mix them together, I sure won't mind as it would probably improve my overall rank

1, Yes, you should.
2, Did you really conclude it from your poor ranking? :D

I am a Santivañez, you know. We tend to get a little competitive if not ranked high enough every once in a while ;)
