Title: Striker 95 in Windows 98 SE
Post by: Shoegazing Leo on May 13, 2003, 02:43:25 PM
I have downloaded STRIKER 95, installed, but it`s not working. The program showed a error message about EMS (or EMM?)... In DOS mode i tried to execute the file, but nothing happened... CRASH... What`s the problem? Houston, we got a problem!

hmmm... I use stk95 under win 98 SE and it's ok, the view, the memory, the sound... I had problems only with the sound when I changed the computer (a lot of years ago) but I found the DMA and IRQ ports and it was enough to enjoy... And now I remember I use a program that slow down the speed of the computer called AT-SLOW. It emulates the mHz speed that you want (you should emulate a 486-DX2 66mHz and it will run ok.)
Maybe that's the solution ;) If you can't find it on the net I'll send you. (Demo version works)

I never used the version I gave you. I'll zip mine (with my teams, the indonesian league, stunts teams, etc ;)) and upload. This ver. works.
