Somewhere it's fast, somewhere it's incredibly slow - a good contesttrack. A little bit too long maybe and too slow for me, but it's challenging. Good design. 4

Zak and me mailed this week and we had the idea of a Transport Tycoon Deluxe Contest. I said it's OK. Zak said 2-3 more members are needed and the championship can be started. Who would be interested in this? (CTG, I hope you would.)
Ask further informations from Zak or me (if you write to me I would prefer a mail).

Just a little commentary...

I didn't find a difference building the track of the competition you take part and using another. I built some tracks which there were in competitions but I couldn't win in all of them doing my best. It's the same in zak's and pershing's competitions. The aren't the winners all the months.

Not only the track, I can choose the car, and it's more important. When I'm in the pro league, I'll give cars to the amateurs which I don't like, and when I'm sacked to the amateurs, I'll give a car which I like, and it's easier to come back to the pros.
And for example Ben was great on his Amsterdam track. There are some elements which I don't really like, and maybe I can miss them.
But you are good on all tracks and with all cars, sure that you can't complain.

Said to be talented goalkeeper,  quite strong, with strong kicks, but only a few goals, hardest opponent of Akoss Poo   :lol:  I hate teams without great backwards, because a good goalkeeper is not enough to win...

Yes, we played in the dormitory sometimes the following game: CTG vs. me, the ball can only be touched once. Both of us have quite strong shots so we shooted out the lights... It was difficult to score against CTG (he's a good keeper). But I have bad goalkeeping skills. Fortunately, I have a good shot accuracy, too, but we played some hard games. CTG, do you remember the match in the men's gym after P.E. class? You were leading for a long time you saved everything but then I took some fabulous shots and won 11-7!!! Good old times, great matches...
I also hate defending and I run a lot because I'm never tired!

By next week we'll have the full team I think!

Well, I have to say 'excuse me' for my last comment, but you should too. It can't be said that all French people are dishonest (although Alain is and Cl?menceau was). You are not, if somebody told me the shortcuts I would use them, too, I think. My previous comment's reasons were:
1./ I was anxious because my long comment was arranged by Alain with a short and upsetting 'Hey, don't shout silly twit' and it came out of me.
2./ Hungarian people don't like French, I'll tell you why.
So please don't kill me.

Ordinary reaction when a younger person say 'something wrong' to an older person. I'm not noticing this...

French is not the most popular nation in Hungary. After the First World War Hungary was among the losers (with the Germans). 4th June 1920 in Trianon, France Mr. Cl?menceau and his mates punished the loser countries, and Hungary was the biggest loser, although we weren't the main enemies of the West. The 70% of the country with lots of mountains, metal ore mines, salt, gold and sea were took away only for this. Rumania and Slovakia got these areas, so we hate them, too. They didn't deserve it and we didn't deserve to lose it. This decision was very heedless, ridiculous and strict, and we won't forget it because we never got it back!
After the Second World War Hungary was among the losers again. The area of the losers' countries was divided into two parts: the West was ruled by the USA and the winner western European countries (France, too), the East was ruled by the Soviet Union. Germany, Austria and Italy were lucky because they were ruled by the West, they got help and they became strong countries. Our country couldn't improve because of the Soviets (we hate them, too). But in the strong countries of the Eastern Central European region (Hungary and Poland - friend nations) the revolution started in 1956. With the help of the West we would have won, but that help missed, the selfish and dishonest West didn't want to help (shame on them). We remained in the Soviet chains. Until 1989.
Germany, Austria and Italy are strong and rich countries. We would also be strong and rich if the West (inculding France) had helped. We are the strongest Eastern Central European country.
We were among the very strongest and richest countries on the world in the Middle Ages. You, French and the west were afraid of our arrows. But the Turkish and the Habsburgs (Austrians) destroyed our rich and strong country. Then the mentioned things happened. We were very unlucky during the history.
Hungary is above all of the nations. We were famous in the Middle Ages. We invented a lot of things for the mankind in the previous century. We have a lots of clever men and professors. We have very strong universities. But the hand of fate didn't like us.
And Western Europe don't care about this. I hate them.

Sorry that is only your opinion.I personally don't really like Alps.I know I voted a bit to low on the 1st couple of tracks and maybe Alps deserves a 3 but that's the best I can give it for very good reasons!

Conclusion:You can't really talk like I am telling YOU that...... it's your opinion and you don't have to tell me anything,I got my own opinion.

And the fact that you even thought about asking someone to give bad votes for good tracks speaks for itself.It's nice that you did not do it but even that you had that idea is bad enough!

And I don't understand at all that you complain about tracks send in after the 15th november! For once it was known to most ppl here that the deadline was posponed and if someone makes a better track than you which is sent in later his track should win and not yours because it is better!

You are making the impression that you want to win on all costs and the 'fun' factor is unimportant to you!Thus you overjudge your own track (of course taste is debatable!) and w/o any proof accuse CTG of cheating!
The best mark CTG gave was a 4 and he gave your track a 3 so you should be happy!

I have the feeling that you only did this to reduce the chances of tracks which are possibly better than you own track!
Winning on all cost?Is it that what you want?

I don't care if my tracks win at all nor do most others.Look at Alain... his track cropcircle got very bad marks and he is still not angry about it.

I wanted to change my old votes because in retroview because my ratings on some tracks (Alps included!) where to hard! And I did not really understand why it is not allowed.
But I have to say that I understand now:
Because those ppl who take this way to seriously and would do nearly everything to win would just reduce the old ratings they gave potential competitors!

And what's that feeble attemp to get your track removed from the contest?
You still have a very good position a lot of other track designers would be happy to have.
Let your votes and your track stay and finish it like a man instead of crying how unfair certain ppl are w/o having a single proof!

You are almost 100% right but I think me, too. I'll explain it.
I wanted to design all of next year's tracks so I needed the win (and I need it). Lot of things happened this year which things weren't good for me and weren't all 100% legal and fair I think (foundation of Cork's Crew, you left Euroteam-MasterStunts and joined Orion, somebody finds a trick and tells it to everybody except for Looping Warriors and Flying Dutchmen), and I thought if I had won the track design contest, all of these things would have been compensed. So 2nd or 3rd place is NOT enough because I wouldn't design all of the tracks this case. Not the victory is important to me, rather the possibility to design next year's tracks and to relieve the anger which was caused by the mentioned things above. And why is it good t design the B tracks? If I am eliminated from the pro league (because some people divide their shortcuts, I think it may happen), I will design my track and I'll give a car which I like and I've got more chance to re-attach the pro league.
And for Alain it's not an important thing, he can find or get the shortcuts, but I don't. And Crop Circle is not a bad track, it deserves 3. Sometimes I feel the first mark is determining: the following votes are adjusted somehow to the first mark. It's not a complain, and it may happen, don't change this, but it's interesting. Crop Circle is one of the best examples.
It was nowhere signed that Zak lenghtened the sending-in-time of the tracks. Some new good tracks appeared which settled danger on my track's victory. Can you imagine what I have felt? I know that I'm alone so I must have agreed with that thing. So I must give back the minus points from Crop Circle, so it's 3 and Canyon, so it's 4. If it's possible.
And yes, I've got an opinion and you've got a different opinion. I never complained about the thing that you gave 2 to my track.
Crazy Driver - another thing. Zak said it seems that I'm right and the cheat is proved (he wrote me the reasons). I'm only complaining when it's necessary. I don't feel it was in vain.
The other tracks aren't all sh*t, I only said it in my anger. But the mentioned 3 tracks are the best.
I wanted to jump out of the contest because I feel that you (the community) are making my victory impossible. I guessed the sending-in-time had been lenghtened to avoid my victory, because you somehow don't like me. And I'm repeating myself: I want to design all of the B tracks so only the victory counts.
So. I won't complain about you gave me 2 instead of 3. Crazy Driver's votes will be deleted and CTG's can maybe stay. No more tracks. No complains on future votes. Is it OK for everybody?

1. It's my fault that I didn't tell everyone that track send deadline changed to nov.24, as voting deadline is postponed to 8th of december too. I did it on a request, many designers asked me, because they couldn't finish their tracks in time. Sorry for this.

OK. But that means no more tracks. I understand it. That's correct.
I want to design tracks, especially when I will be eliminated from the pro league. It would be good if I had designed all of the tracks (for this).

In April I made a team in FIFA 2002.

I decided to tell you that this is my track. I'm going to explain my decision.
From the moment I had sent this track, I was the leader. On 15th November I was the leader of course.
Few days after 15th November new tracks appeared in the competition. I didn't understand and I don't understand how can it happened, and I wonder who let it be done. But I beared that, let it go, once it can happen.
Then another thing happened. I told CTG that Alps is my track, and it is potential winner. I thought I can do this because we are helping each other with tricks, we know each other for a long while, I thought he wouldn't do something cheat. But he did:
Next morning (22/11) I went to the computer room and saw that Alps had lost the lead. I checked how could it be. I saw that a new driver are registered in the forum: Crazy Driver. That was quite surprising because he or she haven't had a post before, even in the old forum, too if I remember well. He only had posts in the Design Contest and he voted the following: Alps 2 without any intelligent explanation and the tracks which were 2nd and 3rd: 5. I know that CTG told Crazy Driver to do this, CTG did similar things in the grammar school 1st year. I'm not sure that Crazy Driver wrote these comments on tracks, maybe he let CTG to vote once again. I guess CTG did that because he's having problems in his private life, maybe with his girlfriend, and he wanted to do something against the world, against somebody, and I gave him a possibility to do that.
In the weekend I had the idea to tell Szabee (friend from the university, 18th on the scoreboard) to vote on the tracks: 5 for Alps, 2 for other good tracks. But I'm not the kind of man who cheat like this. I ignored this. All my hopes were in Usrin.
Today I saw the track scoreboard again. Again new tracks, again disappointment. We said that tracks were going to be sent until 15th November. But some people didn't and don't care about this rule. Shame on them. (And shame on CTG, Crazy Driver.) I had enough of this, I'm upset. What's going on here???!!!
There are people who are manipulating the result of this contest! I don't want to compete among such worms!
You should have told me that you don't want to compete on my tracks next year, you should have told me if there's something wrong with me. I wouldn't have wasted my time with designing Alps, trying the other tracks and voting on them. I regretted doing this!
I think it's time to retire from this ridiculous contest. I'm telling you that Alps, Brakes On and Beijing are the top 3 tracks. Others are sh*t.

There must be a 5-7 second shortcut somewhere (probably after the pipe) which we can't find. Or a huge grass shortcut which is worthy because despite the big length of this, 5-7 seconds can be winned. Maybe. I hope the correct scoreboard will appear on my monitor at the end of the month as everybody finds the shortcut. :lol:
