Nice work!  It's great to have all these records archived in one place.

The section of your website in question also includes mods and utilities, so perhaps it might be worthwhile focusing on those.  It depends on what you want to achieve and what the community calls for.  Honestly, I think that the custom cars available from each competition website fulfil the needs of most community members, both new and existing.

Since you mentioned my website, I thought I would let you know that I plan to continue working through Ryoma's cars, as well as any others that are released in the future.  I've been doing this since I joined the community, but it was only recently that I was asked to share my work, so naturally I thought my website was the best place to do that.

It now includes a tiny activity chart too, showing how many replays were sent on each day.

That's a nice touch.  Well done!

I see what you mean.  What about a predominantly positioned "What is ZakStunts?" link that takes you to the Newbie Guide or a page similar to the Help section on Race For Kicks?  In saying this, I also think that the entire Guides section needs to be updated.

Regarding the historical news posts, while I find them interesting, I never look at them intentionally.  Others may have a different opinion, but I think you could safely remove them.

I think the home page is fine as it is, but following Argammon's suggestion, a simple yet effective change might be to change the current race details to those of the next race during the downtime between seasons.  Attached are the details I'm referring to.

That's not something I'd be keen on.  Personally, I'd prefer to focus on the main competition.  Besides, we have Race For Kicks for that.

That's exactly what I meant.  In my case, I'll make the same effort to participate regardless of how many events there are.  However, you also have to consider the availability of people to organise each event.
