Oh yes!! What a great car! Please Explain the myth about the ladder on the roof. It's my favourite part hehe.

Custom Cars with Stressed / Fiat Uno (Ladder Edition)
Last post by Erik Barros - August 29, 2024, 11:41:23 PM
With great joy I announce my first custom car. This is the Fiat Uno, a legendary version with a ladder attached to the roof. Thanks to @alanrotoi and @Duplode who helped me throughout the process and thanks to Ryoma who provided a good tutorial on how to create shapes.

Competition 2024 / ZCT278 - Ghosted
Last post by dreadnaut - August 29, 2024, 11:35:09 PM
The track was meant for a three way battle between Indy, Lola and the Thunderbird, but the Indy ended up winning the previous race (sorry!) and I got the bonus wrong for the Thunderbird... The Stratos got a +5 because I enjoyed using it during the test run.

Anyway, the track is in part inspired by Overdrijf's The Journey, also designed for the Lola, and it steals the hairpin/banked road corner from Erik's great work on ZCT277, as a way to slow down even the fastest cars. I'm tempted one day to build a variation for a live race.

The title comes from the landscape, but also from GTAManRCR, the original author for this month 😅

Cyan jeep challenge accepted, and completed just under 2 minutes. Took a lot of trial and errors ;D

I've spent a lot of time with SC2K, more than other versions.
DOS Game Club also covered it for an episode of the podcast:

I would love to try Streets of SimCity, but I've not managed to get it to work yet!

Quote from: Cas on August 29, 2024, 01:17:07 PM... I had a city that took all the map and I decided I'd print it full size. It was a very long work for my matrix dot printer and then I had nothing to do with the result but look at it, but it was so cool!

I did exactly the same thing. And it was indeed cool :)

That'd be cool! It looks like one of those impossible Mario levels you sometimes see on YouTube.
I think the idea is fine though. But I may have overdone it a little and Stunts acts like crazy.

But legend has it that someone will make it through.

August 31 is good for me because I'll be doing guard duty at work that weekend, so I'll be home. There is a small chance that some havoc unravels precisely at that time, but odds are I'll be idle and will be able to participate.

The other two Saturdays, I don't know. I usually am not home on Saturday afternoon, but the 14th is my birthday and I may be organising something here, so maybe I will. I'd say the 7th is the least likely one that I'll be able to participate.
