new cars for 2011

My plans:

I want to finally complete the car count to 15.
The Ranger will be dropped out of the available cars. I want to keep cars real. Speedgate and Skyline are expected to stay.
That means we need two new cars.

One of them will be the Lotus Esprit. Sorry this is a must...
The other is up for a vote. Which car would you prefer?

Being me, I have to vote for me. Cause if I don't believe in me, than who will?
However, I'dd really like to see the xylocaine in there too, it's lots of fun to race.

I am inclined to vote for the F40, but I'd prefer to hear a bit more from Zapper on what would be the expected performance specs before committing a vote... other options would be the Kart (good replacement for the Ranger IMO) and the Xylocaine.

By the way: I know it doesn't have a snowball's chance in hell of being chosen, but can I suggest adding the ZR1 GT3 into this poll?

If at the end of the month it's still about this close, can I suggest making it 16 cars?
(It's a win-win. You're obviously so impressed with the Lotus that you're expecting the same quality from the F-40, and I can still ask this question without sounding like a poor loser while the kart is in the lead. Besides, I'll be happy with more good cars too.)

Just an extra observation: with 16 cars it might be a good idea to change the bonus system a bit in order to slow down the growth of the coefficients (maybe changing the progression from 2...4 to 1...3).

And by the way Zak, would it be possible to leave the poll open for a couple more days, maybe to the 3rd of November or so? I am thinking on the people which will come back to the site with their replays by the deadline and might miss the vote.

CTG once did a 3D model prototype, and then I promised to help with the .RES parameters eventually. That was about two years ago...  As far as I know, though, there is no finished project ATM.
