Ok I understand the tinted glass : in dast, I use white instead of black. Good effect for a small windshield .

If it would affect only the look of the windshield, but the yellow stripes on the road and causing EGA graphics

If the "dasm" has white pixels (index 255 color in vga palette) "placed" over non black pixels in the corresponding "dast", then transparency turns into translucency.

Blue dot isn't centered on the rim of the steering wheel

It's not possible.
The dot would be on the dast and dasm and will flicker.

And I need a compromise so the dot lowered.

For the dot I guess that making it smaller (1x1 or 2x2) and adjusting starting coordinates, if needed, can make it centered on the steering wheel. It also can be gray with black border to be less contrastant over the wheel.
