How can you create a new track to test and share with other players?

The game has a track editor. Also there are some external tools like Bliss or Track Blaster. The tracks are saved with the .trk extension.

The in-game editor is easy to use but doesn't allow some options.
Therefore there are external editors, the most commonly used are the ones Alan mentioned.
Track blaster is dos based and a bit tricky to use.
Bliss is the most practical option.
Good interface, multi platform and easy to use.

Welcome!  The guys have said it right. What I can add is that now that you're in the forum, you can always post your TRK files if you create something interesting. There are tournaments and special events and sometimes, one of your tracks could be featured too... or you could share replay files as well.

And bliss can generate images of the track to add to the post so you van show what it looks like.
