@stanceboyCZ 's Christmas Special is on!

The first track, Rally Square, is open for racing at the usual CCC address, https://ccc.mystunts.net/ . Its deadline is 2025-12-27 (the Saturday after Christmas) at 23:59 UTC. Since this is a longer track, we'll race it for ~2 weeks; the later rounds may well be single-week ones.

The rules for this first race are the usual CCC ones, though note that driving through the inside of all tunnels means there will be some path-finding to do! The track map on the site includes navigation hints. As for cars, the pack for this round includes four of them:

  • @alanrotoi 's Lada Niva 4x4
  • Ryoma's Lancia Stratos Gr5 (competition debut!)
  • @Zapper 's Audi Quattro Sport Tuned For Real (competition debut!)
  • Zapper's Toyota Sprinter Trueno

You can download the cars from the site, or from this post, to make sure you get the correct versions of them. Fasten your seat belts, and enjoy the ride!

A quick rules reminder from the parallel thread, just in case:

Quote from: Duplode on December 15, 2025, 01:42:34 PMyou do need to drive through it [the fifth tunnel on the eastern edge of the track, after the second bridge] twice. And no, you can't use the tunnel roofs -- following the usual CCC rules, you have to drive under the roofs as well as the finish banner for the checkpoints to count.

Final results revealed and confirmed! Thanks to everyone who joined, and congratulations to medalists @Spoonboy (cool jumps!), @Alain il professore (lovely Niva lap!) and of course to the winner of round one, @Victor Narl ! You can find the full results and replays on the race's archive page. The second race will start today -- if possible, I'll have it posted during the South American morning.

Spoonboy

This was a great race!
Congratulations to Victor and Alain.
I love the CCC format as I enjoy testing a range of cars on the same track, and we had a nice selection of cars here.

Hello my Stunts friends,

Thank you Duplode and thank you Spoonboy I very much liked your helicopter run. Very spectacular! Thanks to the car designers, their hard work brought this great race to life!

Congratulations to the winner of the first leg : Victor Narl  :-* .

Great job from the admins and track designers. I have only one regret, Marlboro R5 is meant to excel for ice skating, and it was not ready soon enough.

It is reasonable to expect that genetic influences on traits like IQ should become less important as one gains experiences with age. Surprisingly, the opposite occurs.

Yeah, I was thinking about it while picking cars for the final rounds! Anyway, we'll have other opportunities  ;)
