Is it possible to allow heavier avatars? 25kb for example?

And size 100x100 pixels maximum...

i raised the limit to 32kb.
size restirctions stay, i dont think a bigger avatar than 100x100 looks good.

Zak, I lost my "fiat 125" avatar, and the image doesnt appear anymore...

Picture is taken from forthcoming ToCA (or DTM in Belgium and Germany) Race Driver 3 (or 2006 in the USA).
It's a marvelous crash of the Williams/BMW car, which is the best racing category that will be available in the game.
Start your career as a kart pipsqueak, and finish it as a F1 pipsqueak into Williams/BMW team. Nice.

It is reasonable to expect that genetic influences on traits like IQ should become less important as one gains experiences with age. Surprisingly, the opposite occurs.
