Who is Cheating?

Flamewaring is because of some cheating (heavily suspicious replays etc.), so first we have to stop cheating.

And who's cheating? Can anyone tell? But not this shit like "Mingva is a cheater, I know it because he has impossible times, bla bla bla". I need a full article/report about it  :!: Zak has mostly (maybe all) of our previous rpls, you can ask him. Then compare it with speed, buttons pressed, etc., write full review, not forgetting to add the most prooving pictures about cheating.

In real society there could be a punishment for slander, and in internet community mostly is giving a one-two weeks ban for slander about unproven things.

As I am rather new here I don't know about how these cheating-blames began. But I heard that there had been stories about cheating already at Orion time.
What I would like to know: Was it EVER proven that there was anyone cheating once?
If yes, I can understand why these rumors easily spread again, but we all mustn't be too fast with our accusations. And I'd like to hear no more discussion about cheating till the end of the month where top replays are made public, so everybody can analyze them. I know the problem that someone could be driven for another one could not be solved, but I can't imagine that someone has only so little pride/ambition/... that he lets others drive for him. At least I can't imagine that from me - if it was REALLY PROVEN that it happened in the past, please tell me.

But until that provement I'll rely in the uprightness of the whole Stunts community.

As former team manager, I think, nobody cheated in Orion. But some of cry-babies want to see us as cheaters. After Alain said that it is a possibility to edit a rpl, they begun to shout that Mingva hexediting replays and blablabla.

Well in my idea the one who made the monthly track is responsible to check the replays.I know it's not easy to find out but if the so called cheater did not work perfectly carefully it is possible to find enough evidence.I won't get into details here......

And the most important point:Of course if no evidence is found slandering would not be allowed either....

First of all I think all this slander is really hurting especially Mingva.Imagine he did NOT cheat!Imagine when you won the kalpen contest people would have called you cheater all the time?Would you have liked it?I doubt it.So please no slander without proofs!


When all this chaos is solved,depending on what choice Zak will make,replays will get analyzed and either it can be proven or not.I think I mentioned the consequenzes of both.

Hey hey it wouldn't work so quickly and without any price. There are two possible paths:

1./ Let them admit that they are cheating and cheating and cheating and they will. Then I know that I'm fighting against cheated times, so I wouldn't wanna beat them, I would ignore their times.

2./ Prove that they are not. Let them come to Hungary, and prove that they can do their great replays manually. Mingva must do his 43 seconds on ZCT32 and his 1:12 on ZCT35 in front of my eyes. They started with hilarious times with ZCT 14 and 15, and now I should believe that they are as good as Argammon, and they beat me if they want... No no no no... They must prove. They are very shit on live races, too... let them beat Argammon, pArAnO or Bonzai Joe, the live specialists. Come on!

First of all I think all this slander is really hurting especially Mingva.

First of all a pile of shit on his stupid head. And I am also hurted because:

UNITED SCANDALS OF ZAK MCKRACKEN (AND ORION)

There were several times when our side was hurt:
- in July 2002, I asked Zak not to put my ZCT Plus 2 rpl to the scoreboard, but he put it (I didn't want to pay 200 forint more to go to Net Caf? again in the quiet days)
- I won TDC 2002, but I couldn't design the tracks of the amateurs in 2003 for some reason
- if somebody dropped to amateur, he could gain a pro result last year, and it wasn't in the original rules
- ZCT 22: Zak said time for this track is one day shorter, Usrin couldn't improve his time in the weekend
- Orion blamed CTG with ghost stories, although it was finished in November 2002, CTG almost decided to retire because most of the people considered him dishonest because of it
- Myron's cheating was almost proven (the Crazy Driver scandal wasn't more proven, but it was punished), for newbies: Alain created his ZCT 27 replay, and it was almost proven
- Zak watched Usrin's fabulous ZCT 29 replay
- Zak didn't announce a winner at TDC 2003 (because I won)
- Mingva started to be racist when he didn't get ZCT 31 leading time bonus, he said very punishable words about Hungarians, but he wasn't punished... later when we were racist, we were frightened with permban
- Mingva continued telling off Hungarians, he said he hoped that most of the Hungarian drivers would die... again no punishment, but once we was racist, we were frightened with permban
- Zak creates tracks for himself, and his asslickers, always the same elements, although he knows that we hate it (that's why ZakStunts is the only competition where I couldn't won a race)
- we voted for new point system, but he decided to annihilate the result of it, because it wasn't him who created poll, but it influenced him (strange), and chose Mingva's silly point system
- he want to punish racism and flamewaring, but doesn't care about heavy suspicious replays, actions (cheating); he develops his page, the system, creates automatic track designer instead of trying to keep the peace and chase the sinners (cheaters)
- when we felt we have enough, let's attack hard, he wants to escape...

Then why didn't you delete Myron's result on ZCT 27 when Alain raced under his name?!!!!!!!!! And let them be punished (for example with a permban, you are giving that for so small things)!

If in real live someone robs a bank the bankrobber does not have to prove that he did not rob the bank but the police/lawyer have to prove that he did rob the bank!

I think all we can do is to analyze the replays at the end of each month.But until that has been done accusations don't help anyone

Okay Let ME start admitting:

- Usrin and me did the same time on ZCT Plus 2, it wasn't a coincidence... He didn't want to overtake me because I found the tricks
- I wanted to win TDC 2002, so I voted -1 on 2-3 dangerous tracks (not on the one which finished 2nd)
- I stole Bonzai Joe's ZCT 21 replay from CTG's mailbox
- I wanted to treat Diesel Joe and caesar that Mingva and Alain are constantly cheating (although it's true)

Mmmm, here is my confession, tell me if it's cheating :
1/ When I joined community, it was ZCT16 and Alain did a trick I couldn't do. I asked him to drive the trick for me, just the trick, and he refused. Because he isn't a cheater, because he told me it's not fair, because I didn't knew what limit teamwork was supposed to have. I raced myself, did shitty result, but mine result. And I never asked for that again to anyone, nor I raced for someone else.
2/ Last year, on a track, I don't remember which one (Z23 ?), I exchanged my replay with someone else at the early beginning of the month. We had close times, but completely different ways of driving. It happened the other pipsqueak's way was better. I thought "great, it will help Orion", but when I wanted to send a replay made with this way by mail, I saw a replay from Argy using this way too. I didn't even had the opportunity to lie telling : "I found another way" ! :lol:  :lol:
I knew I was racing for Orion (Argy was too these days) and the other pipsqueak was racing for another team, we should have not exchange replays. Shame on us. :oops: But in truth it was useless because Argy found the way too.
I never thought myself as a "traitor" to Orion because of that.

Of course it drives the attention on the looping warriors, but in a bad way. Still waiting for a constructive replay on z35 and losonc from akoss... Do you really play the game? or spend time on other things...
