Method of determinind division status at the end of the season?

At least 4 races spent as pro, doesnt matter when he started racing.
4 (80%)
At least 30% of the races since arriving to the community spent as pro
1 (20%)

Akoss Poo: The 11/13 (maybe it should have been 10/13) system was developed to get rid of the awful Average ranking system, but at the same time allow a chance for those who weren't there from the very start of 2003. Like you, Alain, Alan Rotoi and most others in 2002.
But we can't be quite sure.
